The business has three processing plants in the Irish Midlands. At these sites, peat is screened, blended and packaged into a wide range of formulations to meet the specific requirements of the different sectors of the horticulture industry. Pack sizes vary from 5 litre bags (equivalent to half a bucket full) to 300l compressed bales. In addition an in-house system has been developed to facilitate the bulk loading and subsequent discharge of 40 foot closed containers.

A major stockholding and bulk loading facility was opened on the quayside at Dublin Port in 1994. From here, some fifty bulk shipments of peat are exported annually to European potting soil producers.

The headquarters of the Business are at the Bord na Móna site in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, some 40km southwest of Dublin City. This is also the site of the Peat Research Centre.
